Private Training FAQs

Should we start with private or group training?

If your athlete needs targeted correction or has a specific goal, private is a great start. If they

need confidence and fundamentals, Playmaker is often best. If they’re ready for standards and

intensity, Elite is the fit.

How many sessions do we need?

Many athletes feel improvement quickly, but meaningful progress typically comes from

consistent work over several weeks.

 Is private training limited?

Yes. Availability is limited to protect coaching quality and scheduling.

Can private training be combined with a track?

Yes. Many families use private sessions to accelerate improvement while staying consistent

in Playmaker or Elite.
