I have crafted my coaching philosophy to mirror the precision and discipline of elite training. This experience has enriched my approach, allowing me to blend foundational speed training methods with my personal insights from football. The result is a unique training regimen focused on enhancing balance, speed, agility, quickness, and strength, tailored specifically to the needs of young athletes in their respective positions.

As a former NCAA All-American and now certified USATF Level I, Nike SPARQ, and USA Football performance coach, I am equipped to offer a well-rounded and dynamic training experience that not only improves physical attributes but also elevates overall skill levels. I am dedicated to helping athletes aged 10-18, along with their parents, navigate the path to excellence in sports.

How did you get started in football training?

After my All-American career, I planned to play professionally, but a hamstring injury shifted my path. That setback pushed me to use my experience to help athletes become better versions of themselves. Over the years, I’ve built a structured, evolving system that helps players train with purpose, build confidence, and develop skills that last long after they leave the field.

What makes your training different?

My training is hands-on, intentional, and fully tailored to each athlete’s goals. There are no cookie-cutter workouts; every session matches the athlete’s position, skill level, and areas for growth. The focus stays on teaching proper technique, building confidence, and creating long-term development that lasts well beyond the season.

Who do you work with?

I train youth and high school football players across Central Ohio who are serious about improving. Whether they’re learning fundamentals or preparing for the next level, each program is built to challenge them, boost confidence, and elevate overall performance.

How do you track progress?

Athlete progress is tracked through measurable testing in speed, agility, and strength. Each training cycle includes evaluations that monitor improvement, giving athletes and parents a clear view of how their hard work is paying off over time.
