WHO: Athletes in 2nd–5th grade who bring a positive attitude, follow directions well, and enjoy being part of a team.
WHAT: A fun, structured program focused on football skill development and bodyweight strength training — perfect for young athletes just getting started in the sport.
WHERE: Fitness Factory – Westerville, Ohio
(Pre-registration required. No walk-ins.)
WHEN: Every Saturday, 12:30–1:30 p.m.
Runs year-round, with occasional breaks for holidays or gym events.
HOW: Led by Coach Oliver Jordan and his experienced coaching team, each session blends fundamentals, movement training, and teamwork in a supportive environment where kids can build confidence, coordination, and love for the game.
