HOW IT WORKS

FLEXIBLE SUMMER TRAINING IN THREE STEPS

You choose the package. Your athlete attends the age-group sessions that fit your schedule.

CHOOSE A PACK OR DROP IN

Start with a single session, 4-pack, 8-pack, or 12-pack. The more sessions you buy, the lower the per-session rate.

ATTEND ANY OPEN GROUP DAY

Use your sessions on any Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday at your athlete’s age-group time.

TRAIN BEFORE THE SEASON

Sessions must be used by August 16 so your athlete enters the fall season sharper, faster, and more confident.

Small-group spots are limited so each athlete can receive coaching attention, feedback, and safe progression.

Coach Oliver is an NCAA All-American, USATF-certified speed coach, former Nike SPARQ performance coach, certified personal trainer, and youth football development coach with 20+ years of coaching experience.

The goal is not to run athletes into the ground. The goal is to teach movement, build confidence, progress safely, and help each athlete show up better on the field.

WHAT PARENTS ASK BEFORE SIGNING UP

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER TO CHOOSE PLAYMAKER OR ELITE?

Choose Playmaker for ages 9 to 12 and Elite for ages 13 to 18. Both groups follow the same development philosophy, but the coaching pace, intensity, and football application are adjusted by age and training level.

DO WE HAVE TO COMMIT TO EVERY SESSION?

No. The Flex Pack lets your athlete train on any open group day that works for your family. You are buying sessions, not a fixed weekly schedule.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?

You will receive a welcome email with next steps, waiver/intake information, location details, and session reminders.

WHAT IF WE TRAVEL DURING THE SUMMER?

That is exactly why the Flex Pack exists. Use your sessions on the open dates that fit your schedule. All sessions must be used by August 16.

Yes. Playmaker athletes are coached through age-appropriate progressions. The focus is fundamentals, movement quality, coordination, safe body position, and confidence before intensity increases.
